Woke up pretty late today too, but had a brunch at 11am and then at 12:40pm Lawrence arrived at my place because the 32 bus only goes by his aunt's house once an hour. Anyways, i invited him into my house and we talked for about an hour before we left my house to meet Kelly at the bus stop. We caught the 3 bus to the downtown HPU, then walked over to the bookstore to catch the 57 bus to Ward Warehouse. We got there at around 3pm and beat the guys! Because Reynold was picking up Christian, Kevin, Tyler and then JessM who woke up super late.
While waiting for the others to arrive, Kelly and I walked around with Lawrence. He shopped at T&C and bought a $28 shirt + $6 lanyard o_o! Then he ate some sushi before the others arrived. Everyone painted pottery at Clay Cafe except Kevin and Christian. It was so much fun painting. And everyone was so concentrated and serious about their painting. My pictures will prove that they were all very concentrated lol.
My pottery piece was $24! but since it was Aloha Friday 10% Off, it was only $22 and we have to wait 7-10 days for pick-up. Lucky Lawrence, he can pick his pottery piece up on Wednesday since he's going back to vegas on the 21st. That was nice of them to make adjustments.
JessM was the last to finish her piece and then we split up into 2 groups: Reynold took Christian, Kevin & Kelly to Ross before heading to Tyler's for movie & dinner, while I waited with JessM and Tyler to get picked up by Mikey (who came out all the way to ward from salt lake just to pick us up!). Meanwhile, Lawrence waited to get picked up by his cousins too.
Today turned out really great, even though I couldn't go over to Tyler's for dinner & movie. They watched Transformers 1. Ohh wells... At least I got to hang out with Lawrence :) I thought we weren't gonna paint pottery today either because the guys weren't into clay pot painting, but i was wrong & right; some were into it, some not.
Feels like Kindergarten again ^^
